A training guide with a lesson plan for almost any combination of sessions.
This Manual is designed to guide the small group management team in the training of their small group leaders. It is not meant to be a starting place for the management team, but assumes that they have worked through the Manager's Guide and, therefore, are ready to train the first set of small group leaders. It is a companion piece to the Leader's Guide, which is the workbook for each individual small group leader to use in the training.
The People Together series identifies four distinct types of small groups. Special manuals of each of these groups have been developed to assist leaders prepare for the unique aspects they will encounter in the group.
