There is lots of mapping and route notes and many nuggets of fascinating information (St-L� took 1,000 bombs in 20 minutes in the Battle of Normandy and became known as the Capital of Ruins,for instance). It is a nuts and bolts work with handy spiral binding, plenty of detail and covers over 5,000 km of greenways and v�loroutes. Included between the covers of this 272 page guide are also details for public transport access from the UK, some accommodation tips and lots of route information and tips on what to see and do while en route.
