Yogaflows is a different kind of yoga book. (based in Chingford but has classes all over London) Mohini Chatlani has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years and a teacher for over 10. She trained with the British Wheel of Yoga, The Yoga Institute of Mumbai, India, Kripalu Yoga (UK/USA) and with Erich Schiffman in the USA. She follows the classical and ancient yogic teachings, specializing in a unique synthesis of several branches of yoga.
