Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sylvie Germain was born in Chateauroux in Northern France in 1954. She is the author of 13 novels, 11 of which have been translated into English by Dedalus. The publication of her first novel The Book of Nights France in 1985 made her an overnight success in France.
