It is a pleasure to be asked to write the foreword to The Official West Bromwich Albion Quiz Book . I was priviledged to join the club in 1961 and turned professional in August 1963. This turned into an enjoyable journey, which lasted twenty years. I played with the great teams of the mid to late sixties where I picked up winners medals in both League and FA Cups, which I treasure to this day. I went on to break virtually every appearance and goal scoring record at The Hawthorns, something I am extremely proud of. This book certainly covers the history of this great club and will test Baggies fans of all ages; also it is an excellent reference book full of interesting facts and figures.
