Dr. H.V. Jhamb is Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi, Delhi. After doing his under graduation and post graduation in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, in 1983 he earned his Ph. D. degree in the area of International Economic Relations from the University of Delhi. He has over Thirty Eight Years experience of teaching graduate, post graduate students (including Professional Courses). He has Two Short -Term UGC Projects to his credit. He has Written Articles on WTO. He is associated with NCERT and NIOS for the Development of TEXT Material in Accountancy meant for Senior Secondary students of Commerce and Accountancy.
