Author Tom Barwood is a former teacher and now runs Likeminds consulting. He has visited hundreds of schools through Britain, mainland Europe and the Middle East. He has worked with pupils across the age and ability range, with teachers from NQTs to headteachers, and in groups of 5 to 500.
