Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Clive was born in 1954 in Blackwood, a town in the mining valleys of South Wales. After being educated at Pontllanfraith grammar school, he went on to study sociology at Warwick University. He then emabarked on a corporate career, which started in human resources with Lucas Industries and Thorn EMI. He then switched into business management when he joined Ericsson: here he fulfillled a number of senior management roles, including chief operating officer for the UK fixed telephony division. He then spent some time in a change management role in London before becoming CEO of Pink Roccade UK, an IT business, which he ran for five years until 2005.Since then Clive has returned exclusively to coaching. His main clients are people in business, typically business leaders in large corporate organizations, but also in smaller entrepreneurial businesses. He has also coached in professional sport and done occasional work in education, public services, charities, prisons and faith organizations. Clive is based in Cardiff.
