Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr Emma Bolger is a Senior Lecturer in Career Guidance and Development at the University of the West of Scotland. She is a Member of the Career Development Institute and AGCAS, and a Committee Member of the AGCAS Research and Knowledge Committee. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Emma has over 20 years' experience working in education and careers. Practitioner-led research is one of her current research interests. She designed and runs research skills short courses for practitioners, supporting them to identify, design and deliver a research project.
