Inhaltsangabe

What does freedom feel like when you're a kid?

Sometimes it's racing out the door with too much energy for one small body. Sometimes it's daydreaming instead of doing chores. Sometimes it's eating cookies with milk after homework is done. And sometimes it's simply having space to feel whatever you feel.

Filled with dreamy watercolor illustrations and fourteen joyful poems, I Love Being Free celebrates the little moments that make childhood feel big, bright, and full of possibilities.

Each poem captures a snapshot of kid-life — imagining Zeus throwing thunderbolts in the sky, cuddling a favourite teddy, discovering creativity and courage, feeling all your feelings in one wild day. These aren't lessons disguised as rhymes… they're poems that feel like childhood.

Perfect for:

• Bedtime stories that end with warm, meaningful conversations
• Classroom read-alouds about feelings, imagination, and self-expression
• Kids ages 5–8 who love playful rhymes and beautiful art
• Families who want books that celebrate joy, curiosity, and freedom

Inside this beautifully illustrated collection:

• Fourteen poems celebrating imagination, big feelings, honesty, friendship, and the freedom to be yourself
• Soft, whimsical watercolor art that makes each page feel magical
• Gentle rhymes that kids love reading again and again

A heartwarming poetry book that reminds children: There are a thousand ways to feel free… and every single one of them begins inside you.
