Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Heather Baird, M.Ed. holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Western Kentucky University, a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Tennessee State University, and thirty plus hours of continuing education from Cumberland University. Her greatest education came from ten years of classroom teaching in kindergarten and first grade at Kirkpatrick Elementary, an inner-city school in Nashville, Tennessee. Melissa Lowry, M.A. is a Southern California native and graduate of the University of Arizona. Armed with a degree in communications and English, Melissa jumped feet first into the world of advertising. After several years of working for companies including The Discovery Channel and Bozell Worldwide, Melissa was laid off. After gaining acceptance to Loyola Marymount University and reaping the benefits of a state move to reduce class size and hire more teachers, Melissa began teaching kindergarten in Orange County.
