It also includes trainer instructions and forms that supervisors use for completing "On-the-Job Competency Checks" for each of the skills from the modules This right-out-of-the-box Curriculum comes with trainer slides, a printed Curriculum, and a take-away Trainee Guide that summarizes key points in the Curriculum.
