Jennifer Rumler is the Managing Director of the Sales Leadership Minor, a combined effort between two nationallyranked colleges at Michigan State University, the Broad College of Business and the College of Communication Arts and Sciences. She has owned two sales-intensive businesses and has worked in student affairs, academic advising, recruiting, admissions, instruction, and instructional design. She was a fellow of the Adams Academy for Educational Excellence and Innovation, and is the founder and President of Welcome the Strangers, a non-profit organization for the benefit of political refugees. She has three sons and has hosted four high school exchange students, one from Germany and three from Italy. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, listening to music, and spending time at Lake Michigan.
