Inhaltsangabe

ANGELA SCOTT SIMPSON asked the Holy Spirit to give her a deeper understanding of His Word and to help her to be a doer of the Word. God began a deep and intimate work in her heart. Journey With the Holy Spirit is a collection of her life experiences that the Holy Spirit used to teach her intimate lessons that brought the Word of God and His presence alive in her life. She speaks candidly of learning how to hear God’s voice and understand His Word in every situation in life, as well as how she overcame sin through lessons taught by the Holy Spirit. God used miraculous provision to build Angela’s faith. He set up divine appointments that brought healing and victorious restoration in her life and the lives of others, many of whom she led to salvation in Christ Jesus. As you share in Angela’s walk toward a deeper relationship with God, you will be motivated to begin your own intimate journey with the Holy Spirit.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

ANGELA SCOTT SIMPSON grew up in a small town in Florida. She was raised attending church and was very active in the choir, plays, Bible studies, fundraisers, and of course, Sunday school. Her mom was a Sunday school teacher, and there was no chance of missing church. Angela experienced ongoing revivals, not quite understanding what revivals were all about, but the people seemed to be having a joyful time in the Lord and in fellowship with believers from other churches. As Angela was maturing in age, she became aware that she lacked understanding in the Word of God. She would read, and it was as if she was reading something strange. Although Angela heard the Word over and over in church, something was not right, and she did not understand why there was a blockage. This was beginning to puzzle her greatly because she had a deep desire to understand the Word of God. In her thirties, Angela repented and began asking the Holy Spirit to give her a deeper understanding of His Word and to help her be a doer of the Word. God began an intimate work in her heart, preparing her for a Kingdom future with Him. Angela's journey with the Holy Spirit has led to a heartfelt desire to share God's love. Her prayer is that others may experience His presence, hear His voice, and be assured of everlasting life with the Lord Jesus Christ through their own journey with the Holy Spirit.
