Mr. Segarra is an internationally published author and management trainer. He has over 40 years of entre- preneurial, general management, manufacturing management, and strategic planning and operations exper -ience, as president of various companies and as a sr. level executive for various Fortune 500 companies. He has over twenty years experience in designing, developing and delivering highly succesful management training programs. He is a pioneer and expert in the use and transfer of technology to deliver distant group learning. He gained insight into the Walt Disney World organization, operations and training, as he organized some convention events with the Disney team and through years of mentoring and friendship with Mike Vance, former Dean and founder of the World Disney University, Anaheim, CA. Mike reported directly to the late Walt Disney. His areas of career expertise include: manufacturing management and process reengineer- ing, strategic business planning and business development, marketing and branding, general management and leadership development, business restructuring and turnarounds, executive coaching and information technology. As a guest lecturer at the Graduate School of Engineering, University of Central Florida, he was commended for his popular and highly rated presentations on entrepreneurship and business planning.
