Inhaltsangabe

Lisa Alexander has been dreaming of having her own horse ever since she was a child. Now she finally has her and Goldenrod is almost everything Lisa has ever wanted in a horse. Lisa wants to take her out on trails and explore the Colorado mountains with her, but Goldenrod is terrified of birds. At her wits end Lisa decides to hire a trainer to help her horse. She's frustrated, bruised, and in desperate need of a miracle. Miranda Wells, a one time barrel racing queen, has long since retired from the rodeo. But never from horses. She now trains them and has her own quarter horse ranch. She's seen Goldenrod's type before, and has the perfect solution for overcoming Goldenrod's fears. It won't be an easy path for any of them, but with patience and persistence Miranda is certain she can make Goldenrod the trail riding companion Lisa has always wanted. And with a little luck Miranda hopes to be on those trails with Lisa too.
