Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Heloise Jones (author, mentor, editorial coach) specializes in assisting writers, artists, and other creatives getting to the heart of what they need to move forward & complete their projects. Writing and all things creative are her passion. As an author, she loves the journey of discovery in writing fiction and essays, the rhythm and soul in poetry, and the challenge of engaging readers in a way that supports them seeing and experiencing the world in new ways.

She knows what getting past stuck and lasting creative freedom mean, and all the ways creatives get waylaid. Her book The Writer’s Block Myth is a culmination of her experience in hundreds of hours of conversations and work with writers, artists, and creatives. As well as interview-conversations conducted with writers of all levels, interests, and experience.

Heloise’s recognitions include a Pushcart Prize nomination for her poem, “The Altar of Birds” and a contributing essay in the book, What I Wish for You, by Patti Digh. Her sculpture and mixed media visual art hang in several collectors’ homes.
