TRUE LOVE IS PRECIOUS

But, what if the two lovers cannot possibly make their relationship work?

The two grew up together. Each often knows what the other is thinking. They get along perfectly. Unfortunately, they belong to different sentient species. There is no chance for them as a couple.

Each needs a mate of their own species, but finding a suitable life partner can be problematic. There will almost always be missteps, sometimes even fatal mistakes.

There is no such thing as an impossibility in the infinity of years available throughout eternity. The laws of probability imply that given enough time, any event, no matter how improbable, has a chance of happening.

The ability to jump through time and space can make things easier or more difficult. It also attracts those who will kill to get the secret for themselves.

When all of infinity is available to search for a mate, will it be necessary to go beyond death to find success?

This is the fifth story in the Time-Equation Series.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Eric S. Martell set out to become a scientist when he was five. He was attracted to psychology and earned a Ph.D. in that discipline. When personal computers came along (way back in prehistory), he became adept with them and spent years in software design, creating everything from early childhood learning software to military training modules. He has been trained in various types of energy healing, is an expert on the law of attraction, made an excellent living investing in and selling real estate, and is a black-belt in Tae-Kwon-Do, pilot, scuba diver, jazz guitar player, general outdoorsman, and addicted to both science and science fiction. He started by writing a book about his real estate experiences and a second one that deals with the spiritual aspect of selling. He then turned to writing science fiction--his true love. His books are carefully researched and offer both believable science and compelling characters set against realistic action. His science fiction books cover alien invasion in an apocalyptic setting, political structure, space travel, advanced weapons, quantum physics, hunting, war, romance, time travel, and alien worlds. He's been published in a series of anthologies and has several full-length science fiction novels available. He is currently working on a new cyber-punk story that shows how AI and nanobots can lead to a magical world. His writing goal is to provide his readers with stories they cannot put down and he takes readers' suggestions seriously. Notices about new books, free short stories, opinion posts, and preview pages for many of his books can be found on his author blog at http://EricMartellAuthor.com.
