Inhaltsangabe

Tina had questions, questions that only her mother could answer.

Why did you leave me?

Will I ever see you again?

What have I done wrong for you not to want me?

Why did you let me get adopted?

Families are complicated, and fragmented families difficult to navigate. As a child, she tried to speak her truth, but the adults wouldn't listen. As an adolescent, she tried to express her rage, but the adults told her to be quiet. As an adult, she tried to find her way, but years of abuse and trauma made it difficult.

She walked down some very dark paths, until gradually, little by little, she fought her way back to the light.

This gripping memoir details a young girl's abuse, adoption, and lifelong journey for answers to her questions about God and Spirit.
