Inhaltsangabe

Throughout the Bible we find ordinary, fallible people just like us. These ordinary people did extraordinary things. Then along came Jesus. He said that his followers would do even greater things than he did. A mind-blowing promise! Yet, most believers haven't experienced the miracles we see in God's Word. What is the difference between the people in the Bible and those sitting in any of our churches?

The answer to that question is found in Rod Nichols' new book, True Disciple. Rod believes the Lord instructed him to write his true disciple story. He was (and still is) one of those ordinary, fallible people that God taught to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ. Rod is real and transparent about his struggles, doubts, fears, questions, and failures. He shares some amazing adventures and what he learned along the way. With God's help, these lessons could transform any ordinary person into a mountain moving true disciple.

In True Disciple, Nichols hopes to motivate the church to love God with all they have and to love people as Jesus loved us; to get out from those comfy seats and secure walls and go do what Jesus commanded - preach the gospel to the world, make disciples, heal, deliver, and help those in need. Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Would you like to have God use you to change the world around you? True Disciple will prepare you for an amazing journey!
