Talent development professionals can and should do more to advance DEI. Ed Hasan is CEO of Kaizen Human Capital and an adjunct professor for the Master's in Human Resources Management program at Georgetown University, where he received the 2020 Outstanding Faculty Award. Hasan serves as an instructor for the Society of Human Resource Management's Inclusive Workplace Culture Program.
Ifedapo Adeleye is professor of the Practice of Human Resources Management and faculty director of the Master's in the Human Resources Management program at Georgetown University. He teaches diversity, equity, and inclusion courses on graduate and executive programs and conducts research in the areas of pay equity, diversity governance, and inclusive HR management.
