Though it's impossible to know for sure, Nicole Marie is still fairly certain that she is not in fact an android. She is, however, a former English teacher and current education consultant who believes that schools should be full of innovation and joy. When she's not reading or writing, she enjoys discovering new places, and she loves finding inspiration while hiking with her husband and son. After Intelligence: The Missing Passage is her second novel in the After Intelligence series.

While he can't be certain, Dylan Charles is reasonably sure that he has never in fact created an android. He has, however, developed a number of exciting creations in his work as an engineer and designer.
