DAVID DREWS is the Founder and CEO of Justus Equity, LLC. After more than thirty-five years in leadership positions consciously practicing Teamflow, Drews joined the University of Michigan as an Executive in Residence at the Center for Positive Organizations at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He found the work of world-class researchers surrounding optimizing business performance fascinating.
