Randy Wagner is a financial investor, entrepreneur, and professional writer. I was born in New York City. I started to read and learn about financial freedom. As a result, I budgeted, controlled my spending rigorously, avoided spending on lavish things, and so on. However, passive income boosted my financial position immeasurably. I'm not saying that you shouldn't focus on saving money. What I'm saying is that you need to save and make money as well. Passive income is a great way to boost your wealth, but it isn't as if it's free money. You'll need to work for it and plan. The methods I've applied in my entire life are excellent ways of building passive income, but all of them may vary in terms of the activity required upfront and the degree of passivity you can expect. Why do you want financial freedom? You might answer by saying that you want to pursue your passions or spend more time with your family, or you might want to quit your job and travel for a while, and so on. These answers point to a common underlying desire: gain more control over your time.
