As the sun beats down on the sandy shores of Conch Beach, the cast of crabs are vibrating with excitement for their annual sand sculpture competition. But when Charlie's brilliant idea is stolen, he and Chuck must band together with their mermaid friend, Sandy, to come up with a new plan. However, their chances at victory are jeopardized when their leader, Old Crusty, demands an explanation for the use of a valuable resource in their sculpture. As the pressure builds, Charlie must unravel his incredible story that could cost them the competition. Will the cast believe him? Will they be able to pull off their masterpiece to secure the win?
