In 1996, she founded Ceria M Travis Academy, where she is the CEO and President. The institution is named in honor of her mother was started utilizing her personal savings to fund her passion to serve both the community and children. She was formerly a National Educational Consultant with the National School Safety Center. Dr. Travis Moore is a veteran educator with over 35 years of experience and known nationally for her work with at risk students, both as a teacher and administrator.
