Ginger Hodulik Downey is the co-owner of DermaMed Solutions, a holistic provider of skincare solutions. She is a Clinical Nutritionist, with a BS and MS in Nutrition, as well as a CNS (Certified Nutrition Specialist) designation, for which she completed 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. Her strong science background overlays a ten-year career in the Human Resources field prior to becoming a Nutritionist. In her work as a Nutritionist, Ginger was a key contributor to the GPNS™ program, where she developed nutrition and behavioral modification protocols and programming for a national workplace wellness program. In her current role is as the co-owner and Vice President of R&D for DermaMed Solutions, LLC her focus is on researching the latest scientific advances in skincare and incorporating them into DermaMed’s holistic approach, which offers superior results due to the “whole person” nature of the protocol recommendations. Ginger lectures, trains and writes blogs and magazine articles educating skincare professionals on nutrition to support the skin. Ginger’s professional affiliations include the American College of Nutrition, The Certification Board for Nutrition Specialists and the Center for Nutrition Advocacy.
