FutureNow Consulting LLC, founded by Mike, offers executive coaching, training, webinars, and personalized life coaching to facilitate transformative change at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Notably, Mike is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, trainer, and speaker. Mike and his wife, Pam, live in Naples, Florida. They are blessed with three married daughters and seven grandchildren. Introducing Lucy Kay Warren, my 16-year-old granddaughter, and I collaborated on the development of the character of Lucy and the implementation of the leadership values. She is also a talented vocalist, and actor.
