The concept, stories, and anecdotes for Finding Our She-Compass were created by Helen Owens. Helen has dedicated her career to helping her clients feel beautiful both on the outside and on the inside. She’s seen firsthand how changes in appearance can lead to renewed confidence and an unshakable sense of dignity. Helen has received several awards for her expertise as a hair-restoration professional, and she has appeared on a number of television programs as an expert on both hair loss and women’s issues.

This unique self-help guide was developed and edited by Jo Owens. Jo spent twenty-five years in magazine publishing, public relations, marketing, and business development. Jo uses her gifts to encourage and empower women. She received her degree in communication from Santa Clara University and has received awards for her work in oratory and performance.
