Pastor Chuck has been a member of Victory Outreach International since 1987. Upon graduating the Men’s Recovery Program Pastor Chuck began attending Bible School and became a licensed minister with Victory Outreach in 1993. Pastor Chuck has served as a Worship Leader, Choir Director, Recovery Home Director, Bible School Instructor, Marriage Counselor, Associate Pastor, Senior Pastor in Washington, DC for 8 years, as well as an Evangelist. Pastor Chuck has been married for 30 years and is the father of three children, Cyndal, Chuck Jr., & Devon. Pastor Chuck presently serves as an Associate Pastor and International Evangelist under the leadership of Pastor Michael Gonzalez at Victory Outreach Palmdale, California.
