Inhaltsangabe

“I enjoyed it very much…I don’t read a lot of poetry these days but this one…I can see a lot of love went into this work…” Ian Irvine

What was the Raven thinking as Poe composed his famous poem? May it have been "Open the bloody door"? Did Poe get it wrong? Is this the first case of interspecies malapropism ever recorded?A collection of poetry following four distinct paths; a journey of thought and discovery. Released for the Holidays and somewhat about the holidays but maybe no as you'd expect.

Take to wondering whether we have finally lost sight of what the Holidays, what Christmas is really about...The amount of presents of obviousness of our decoration isn't it....

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Alan J. Fisher wrote his first poem at the age of 6 and has been slowly improving (he doesn't use crayon any more) ever since. He loves words and will occasionally claim that they (the words) are holding him hostage and do, in fact, write themselves. Don't ask him about the writing pixies either; they make him nervous... Alan is 42 and comes originally from Belfast in Northern Ireland. He has travelled a fair bit since then and somehow ended up in the Dominican Republic where he lives with his wife and five of his six children. He claims to have around three lives running concurrently when people ask him how he has time to write.
