New author and illustrator, Laural Farabaugh, makes her 2018 Amazon debut with her first children's book. "Where Do the Bugs Go When it Rains?" is a colorful picture book with imaginative insect illustrations. When her daughter was 4 years old, Laural was pushing her on the swing outside after a summer rain when she asked the question that sparked this creative sneak peek into the bug world. This artist reveals the secrets of the insect life and how they spend their time with her imaginative watercolor illustrations. When she is not painting or writing, Laural works part-time as a Certified Infection Preventionist with her extensive science background as a clinical specialist in microbiology for over 20 years. Living in Baltimore, Maryland with her supportive husband, 2 daughters and 2 cats, Laural loves spending time with her family traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.
