Tom Zender is a professional CEO Mentor & Business Coach. He mentors and coaches the CEO's and staffs of midsize-small companies and nonprofits. He held leadership roles with General Electric and Honeywell, and was a CEO and Senior VP in Fortune 500 companies, small-medium businesses, startups, and nonprofits. His board positions have included NASDAQ and Toronto Stock Exchange listed corporations. Tom writes a weekly column about leadership for the Phoenix Business Journal. He is a two-time Amazon bestselling author about business ethics. Annually, Tom publishes another book in his leadership series, The Bottom Lines: 52 Lessons in Leadership. He teaches leadership courses at the Center for Entrepreneurial Innovation, part of the Maricopa County Community College District. He has spoken about leadership and other business topics to audiences of up to 1,500 in over 20 countries. Tom is an Academic Associate and Venture Mentor at Arizona State University, where he mentors faculty and students who have startup businesses. He serves on the advisory board at Paradise Valley Community College, and is an advisor to the school of business at Ottawa University.
