About the Author: Ray Rafaels has over 20 years of experience managing IT Professional Services Divisions and companies supporting federal agencies, DoD, and commercial corporations. Mr. Rafaels graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the George Washington University (GWU). He also earned a Master’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration from GWU. Mr. Rafaels holds several active certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Amazon Cloud AWS Technical and Business Professional Accreditation, and ITIL V3 Strategy/Design. Mr. Rafaels currently holds an active TS/SCI security clearance.
