Jennifer C. Lopez She is a proud and devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend~ a family girl above all else. She loves small town life and her experiences living in Mexico, Spain and Italy. She and her family opened a small school in Oaxaca. She currently resides with her husband, daughter and pets in Chagrin Falls, Ohio—near her extended family. Jennie is the author of seven books, an avid BOOK LOVER, and supporter of the Independent Author movement. She lives for of all things deeply authentic- including her hope for educational change, cultural appreciation and language learning. Her passion is to raise awareness about the need for a global paradigm shift in our thoughts about peoples and cultures distinct from our own. Jennie believes a simple change in our thinking patterns can lead to positive actions that have far outreaching effects. Lopez' twelve years of inner-city teaching will always be entrenched in her heart. Her teacher in-service trainings, peer-collaborating, literacy outreach programs, interpreting and curriculum writing for schools across Ohio and Mexico are also great passions. One of her favorite projects was creating the Curricular Scope & Sequence for the Dual-Language schools in Cleveland.
