Formerly Africa Strategy Lead for the Lenmed Group and General Manager of South Africa's largest private hospital-----the first woman to hold the role in its 120-year history-----she has also been a pioneering figure in public service, becoming the first woman appointed as Director of Labour Relations, chairing the Education Labour Relations Council, and leading negotiations at the Health Sector Bargaining Council.Her leadership has earned her multiple accolades, including the 2020 One Hundred Most Impactful Global Leaders in Healthcare Award, the 2021 Most Influential Healthcare Businesswoman Award, and the 2024 RMB Africa's Fearless Thinker Award.
