The pioneers of ecological architecture today are necessarily researchers as much as architects, in any conventional sense of the term. The book is structured in thematic chapters, such as "Why is Action So Urgent," "The Precursors of Eco-Responsible," "An International Panorama of the State of the Art" and "Into Action!"
