Eduardo Gallego is Titular Professor at the Nuclear Engineering Department of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, head of a research group on Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection and a laboratory of neutron dosimetry. Annie Sugier, Director of international cooperation in radiation protection for the Institute of radiation protection and nuclear safety in France and member of the main commission of the International Commission of Radiological protection.
