Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Evgeny Zaramenskikh, Professor, is a Head of Department of Business Informatics at National Research University Higher School of Economics, Moscow, Russia. Further, he owned and managed an IT consultancy business, which completed more than a hundred IT projects in aviation, defense, banking, retail and other industries. He is a Vice-President at large of the Russian chapter of the Association for Information System (RusAIS).

Alena Fedorova is an Associate Professor of the Department of Human Resource Management and Psychology at the Ural Federal University, Yekaterinburg, Russia. Her main research and teaching interests include labor economics, human resource management, and labor digitalization. She is a President of the Russian chapter of the Association for Information System (RusAIS).
