Darko Tipurić is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb, Croatia. In addition to his academic duties, he serves as the President of the Croatian Economic Association. He has authored and edited more than 20 books and published more than 200 scientific and professional papers on strategic management, business decision-making, and corporate governance. He chairs the program committee of the International OFEL conference on Governance, Management and Entrepreneurship and serves on the program and editorial boards of several international conferences and academic journals.
Lana Cindrić is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Organization and Management, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb, Croatia. Her academic, teaching, and professional work focuses on corporate governance, with a particular emphasis on boardroom dynamics and board effectiveness. She has completed additional training and held visiting lecturer positions at respected business schools worldwide. She is actively engaged in the international research community through her involvement in Erasmus+ projects, and her service on organizing committees of international conferences and editorial boards of academic journals.
