We present in detail the coding scheme based on convolutional codes. Good performance and high data rate of each user are the two chief goals of our code construction.

Chunfan Wei received the B.S. and M.S. degreesboth in electrical engineering from National TsingHua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2003and 2005, respectively. He is currently pursuing hisPh.D. degree in National Chiao Tung University. Hisresearch interests are in wireless communication.
