Kong Tow Khee Fah Kong Win Chang is holder of a Combined Diploma in Agriculture and Sugar Technology, a BSc (Hons) in Sugar Technology and an MSc in Dynamics and Control of Production Inventory system. He was Chemist and Process Manager at St Felix Sugar Factory, Head of the Sugar Technology Department.
