This book takes the pressure off us to constantly achieve more. Instead, it invites us to make peace with ourselves and to tap into our own deep wisdom. The authors offer us a vibrant perspective on yoga by emphasising that there is nothing to achieve, as everything is already within us. Such an understanding opens doors to genuine compassion, authenticity and inner peace. Let this book inspire you and discover how 'doing less' can lead you to greater insight and freedom. Daniela Pickhardt and Joachim Pfahl bring together a profound understanding of yoga, spirituality and healing, which they share with readers in this book. With their combined expertise, they offer unique perspectives and practical guidance that are invaluable to readers.
