Dr. phil. Dr. h.c. Alexander Thomas is Professor Emeritus of the University of Regensburg, where he worked until 2005 at the Department of Social Psychology and Organizational Psychology. He is a founding member of the Regensburg "Institute for Cooperation Management" (IKO).
