Educational administrators in any capacity face great challenges in the new millennium and the Technology Age that did not previously exist. They can find their job to be very stressful and even overwhelming at times. This keen sense of emotion, posited by Daniel Goleman as “Emotional Intelligence” (EI), is sometimes considered in the business and academic field as even more important than Intelligence Quotient (IQ).
