Ubiquitous computing is the concept of embedding many heterogeneous devices within our everyday environment in such a way that they operate seamlessly and become transparent to the person using them. Dr. Letian Rong holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia (2002), and a PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Wollongong, Australia (2007). He is currently working as a R&D engineer at the Orange Labs, France Telecom in Paris, investigating LTE and LTE-A systems.
