The approach of the New Public Management requires that governments should consult and engage citizens in policy making in order to enhance the quality, credibility and legitimacy of policy decisions. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Master of Public Administration (University of Nottingham, U.K), M.A.(Economic Policy Mgt) and B. Statistics (Hons.) both from Makerere University and Dip. Business Studies(MUBS). He has wide experience as a Senior Economist/ Planner in both Central and Local Governments in Uganda. He is currently a Lecturer at Mountains of the Moon University.
