Although teaching artists have been conducting classroom residencies for decades, little attention has been paid to the type of professional development that prepares them for this work. Biografía del autor:

Lynn Waldorf, PhD studied Arts Education Research Methodology at the University of California at Los Angeles. She is a recipient of the Leigh Burstein Research Award and an American Education Research Association Award for this study. Dr. Waldorf is currently Executive Director of Griffin Center for Inspired Instruction in Aspen, Colorado.
