The data used in the study is mainly secondary and was obtained from the institution's audited financial statements and operational reports. In order to analyze the financial and operational performance trend of the institution five years data from 2005 to 2009 was used. Data analysis was performed using various widely accepted ratios and descriptive statistical tools.
