It was found that more than 60 percent of the total respondents had no own land, around 95 percent had no invested money, around 68 percent didn't have any saving money and around 75 percent respondents had no access to decision making. It was also notified that micro-credit didn't affect psychologically and morally because around 80 percent respondents had no psycho-social changes after involve micro-credit program. This study also exposes unchanging and even decreasing somewhere in their freedom and also depriving from their rights. Moreover, the study notes that there is no significant variation or changes in women lives and status that actually we know as vulnerable and discriminatory and depriving in nature in all dimensions of life.The concluding statement of the study is that only MF is not the tool and important potentialities to the changing status of women in their empowerment at rural BD. 112 pp. Englisch.
